CARE

Femme Sole items are handmade with high quality stoneware or porcelain. Hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge is recommended to increase the longevity of the glaze.

All pieces are oven safe as long as the dish is warmed in the oven as it preheats to prevent shock of extreme temperatures. For example, going from a cold fridge to a very hot oven, the piece could crack or explode because of thermal shock.

 

LOST PACKAGE / DAMAGES

In the event the item is damaged upon arrival, immediately contact us with your shipping and tracking info and we will open a claim with the carrier. . Please provide detailed photos of the damaged contents and the damaged shipping box with in 30 days of receipt of packages to open a claim for insurance reimbursement. After the 30 the day period the purchaser will be responsible to follow up for insurance claims.

In the event the package has not arrived, please contact us immediately with your tracking info so we can investigate the delay or place a claim for a lost package. After 30 days the consumer will have to follow up with the insurance carrier for the claim.

Each package is shipped with insurance coverage, not including the cost of shipping.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect information about you such as your contact information, payment information, demographic information, shopping preferences and information about the devices you use to shop online. 

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (16 in the United Kingdom/European Union) without parental consent. Our websites are general audience sites and are not specifically targeted to or intended for use by children.

We need to collect personal information in order to provide the products and services you request.  If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide you with these products and services.     

We collect information about you in a variety of different ways:

1 Information you provide to us, such as while making a purchase or signing up for a loyalty or rewards program.

2 Information we collect while you interact with our websites, mobile or other apps, social media sites, and other products and services.  This often involves information about your device such as IP addresses and MAC addresses, as well as information collected through cookies.

3 Information we collect about you from other sources, such as credit card issuers and data analytics firms.

4 Information we create ourselves after we analyze the information we collected about you, such as your shopping preferences.

SHIPPING

All in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS priority mail.

All shipping packages are priced according to weight and location, all packages will be insured with USPS.

Femme Sole currently does not offer an overnight shipping priority option at check out. Please contact us separately with your request for a rush shipment and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We ask for your patience since we are not big corp.

Currently we only provide shipping within the US.

International shipping is not offered.

Contact us for any special shipping requests ie. If you choose to use your own UPS account and want to provide us with a label to use. In this case the customer will be responsible for handling shipping costs if any.

Femme Sole cannot be responsible for wrong addresses provided. Please ensure the information is correct especially during Mercury Retrograde.

PLEASE NOTE: you may be contacted if you were over or undercharged by the auto calculation payment for the items. We will issue a refund via Venmo or Paypal for over payments. All orders are subject to cancellation if underpayment of shipping is not resolved.

 

COMMISSIONS

Custom orders will be considered on a individual basis. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to begin any work order. Turn around times are dependent on project size, season, and nature of the order.

RETURNS

Femme Sole accepts returns and offers refunds on full price merchandise. All Sale or discounted items are considered final sale. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges or credits are not offered at this time.

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned to us with in 14 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for shipment and safe packaging to ensure the product is returned undamaged.

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee and issued only after pieces have been inspected. Refunds are issued approximately 3-5 business days from return receipt.

Discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE.

All products are handmade with varying types of stoneware and glazes. This results in natural variations in texture, finish. color and size for each piece.

Due to color calibration of varying screen devices (ie. phones, tablets, computer screens) the color of the product you receive may vary slightly from what you have seen on your screen.
